Our candidates must fulfil certain criteria:

of two years experience in private service.

previous employers.
We interview all candidates to discuss their
career history.
During the interview process we assess:

The candidate's relevant experience in domestic
service and their background.

Attitude, professionalism and presentation
of the staff.

Passport, work visa, driving licence and
qualifications.

From the interview we gain an insight to
the type of post they are looking for and
would be suited to.

On the rare occasion where we are unable
to interview staff face to face the client
would be advised.
