International Household Staff Consultancy

At Staff of Distinction we have an impressive register of professional and committed staff all of whom are experienced, reference checked, interviewed and available now. Our staff are looking for posts in London, Bath, the country and abroad on a permanent or temporary basis. As an agency we are very selective. We receive a large number of applications from our extensive advertising and we reject over fifty per cent of these. We insist on our candidates having a minimum of two years previous experience in private service together with excellent verifiable references.

We supply a complete range of staff including:

Couples, Chefs, Cooks, Housekeepers, Housekeeper Nannies, Butlers, Valets, Carers, Nannies, Chauffeurs, Gardeners, Estate managers & Daily cleaning help.

Our candidates must fulfil certain criteria:

  • A good service history - we require a minimum of two years experience in private service.

  • Valid references that we can verify with previous employers.
    We interview all candidates to discuss their career history.

During the interview process we assess:

  • The candidate's relevant experience in domestic service and their background.

  • Attitude, professionalism and presentation of the staff.

  • Passport, work visa, driving licence and qualifications.

  • From the interview we gain an insight to the type of post they are looking for and would be suited to.

  • On the rare occasion where we are unable to interview staff face to face the client would be advised.
